How negative thoughts influence our behaviour.

Our life experiences build a library of positive and negative emotions and thoughts. Human minds replay experiences, reliving the situation, we consider the ‘what ifs’ and, for some, it is impossible to see a way out of the unending pain. It is not impossible to move on, to manage the difficult emotions.

In my sessions, I work with you to focus on and challenge unhelpful thoughts. The sessions will teach you how to manage difficult emotions, the tools I offer will allow you to change how you respond to specific situations and instil positive enduring change.

My hypnotherapy includes mindfulness and relaxation techniques. The techniques will help you to manage your negative thoughts, which may be stopping you from leading the life you deserve.
