Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective treatments for:

I will use hypnosis and mindfulness techniques to help you to feel calm and relaxed, to remove unhelpful feelings of panic.  You will find an inner peace and focus.  I will teach you techniques to use outside of sessions which will increase the benefits of hypnosis and promote faster results . 


You will feel great during a hypnotherapy session and you will leave the session feeling relaxed and calm.  By using techniques I teach you, and listening to FREE recordings I provide after sessions, you will find you mood lifts, you are able to 'sleep like a baby', your anxiety reduces and your life improves.

Hypnotherapy will allow you to focus on the here and now.

How long will this take?  This varies - some clients find their achieve results in 3 - 4 sessions, some 4 - 6 sessions.  We will work together to develop a dynamic therapy plan, to address your unique circumstances, to achieve maximum impact.
